FOREIGN LANGUAGE COURSE
Foreign language course
At the turn of July and August 2009 lessons of German and English language are planned. Both the administration staff and foremen of individual departments will participate in the above course. The purpose of the planned foreign language training is to develop communication skills of the participants (phone and e-mail communication, negotiations etc.). Thanks to participation in the planned course the employees of each unit will be able to widen their knowledge of, among others, professional vocabulary, therefore increasing their professional qualifications.

RECORD OF DRIVERS’ WORKING TIME
Tachoskan – working time record
In April 2009 a training about drivers’ working time record took place. The training was realized in two steps (step I – April 2009, step II – May 2009). Employees of the logistics department and human resources department had opportunity to get acquainted with the newly implemented computer software – TACHOSKAN.

Training on environment protection
In April and May training on environment protection took place. Administration employees as well as employees from the production department participated in the training. The basic aim of the training was to understand environment processes and aspects resulting from activities of personnel performing particular jobs. Part II is planned in July 2009.

Laser Cutting Centre
Laser Cutting Centre
In May 2008 we started a modern Laser Cutting Centre by Bystronic, type BYSTAR 3015. Equipped with the laser the CNC processing centre makes the cutting out of elements of any shapes possible with maintenance of repeatability from flat structural and alloy metal sheet as well as aluminium, of the nominal sheet size 1500x3000mm and maximum sheet thickness 20mm. The kerf of the cut, depending on the thickness and kind of material, ranges from 0,1 to 0,4 mm.
The computer program of cutting process, not only significantly shortens the time of production preparation, but also allows to utilise to maximum the material and optimise of the course of the cut.
We cut elements out of polished and ground metal sheet without disturbing its surface, as the cutting takes place without any tool/material contact after which additional finishing tooling is not the required.
With the use of Bystar 3015 we cut profiles and pipes of maximum diameter up to 315mm.

Metrological Laboratory
The necessity of top product quality and production standardization are the factors that led to the creation of the laboratory. Metal sheet processing with alu-zinc coating demands physical-chemical and metrological measurements to receive the certificate of technological compliance with the customer requirements.
It particularly concerns the uniformity of the characteristics of biogas generator casing. With the possession of a technologically advanced laboratory we established a research cooperation with the Szczecin Technical University. Trying to use the research potential of the laboratory we also plan to provide services for other metal tooling plants.

As a result of the implementation of the innovative solution of container production and the entry into the delivery chain for international concerns it was necessary to introduce the procedures of eliminating the possibility of incompatibility. The quality management system equipped with relevant procedures of the plant computer management is the base of correct and logical building of quality assurance system.

Production Management System Implementation
The system of Design and Production Process Support SYSKLASS made possible the integration of activities relating to the creation, changing and constructional-technological management.
The system provides rapid access to complete information on the article or the production order in the area covered by technical documentation. The course of each introduced change is automatically registered by the system, thanks to what we can obtain the immediate information on the complete course of change. The Information registered in SYSKLASS allows to work out the correct production cost accounting as well as elaborate of a new offer or rewrite of each cost components to relevant centers responsible for cost estimating or for the internal inspection.

The laser
At the end of 2007 we bought a laser cutting machine which is a universal solution for machining flat sheets as well as three-dimensional elements , pipes and profiles.
